Simplyify your systems

Ideally you should use the simplest possible tools and systems you can to achieve what you want. This is so you avoid the System-Maintenance-Trap. It’s especially useful when starting, as when you use-simple-tools-when-starting you can define-what-is-enough-for-you.

This is a good reminder not to overcomplicate things. Getting-Things-Done-David-Allen-2016 for example may be useful, but you could also just use a simple to do list.
