Advice you always hear for a new habit is to do it every day. But if you miss a day, it’s tempting to give up because you weren’t able to stick to it.
Instead, aim to do things daily-ish. That means if you miss a day you don’t beat yourself up. It’s a better template to keep you on track, but with less pressure.
