Do it with no hope of doing it again

Because all-we-have-is-this-present-moment, when you are trying to build habits, don’t think about the future. Don’t think about the aim-to-do-things-daily-ish. Instead, embrace the fact that you may never do a habit again. That’s ok, it’s still worth doing.

Instead, accept that some-action-is-better-than-no-action. Then in another moment, try to do it again.
